CApsul PipelineS (CAPS) offers various medical imaging processing pipelines. In order to do so, CAPS provides a Python interfaces built on various well-regarded softwares (such as Nipype or BrainVisa).
What it is¶
CAPS offers a catalogue of pipelines (tools) mastered by the NSAp platform team. These pipelines are described through live examples available using the python interpreter. Examples contain:
- toy datasets.
- snippet of codes provided by the CAPS module.
