For internal use: do not call it in your code!

Parameters:

• notebook – an instance of AuiNotebook;
• page – the dragged AuiNotebookPage page;
• button_state (integer) – the state of the close button on the tab;
• tabArt – an instance of AuiDefaultTabArt or one of its derivations.
