tacl catalogue

usage: tacl catalogue [-h] [-v] [-l LABEL] CORPUS CATALOGUE

Generate a catalogue file.

positional arguments:
  CORPUS                Path to corpus.
  CATALOGUE             Path to catalogue file.

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -v, --verbose         Display debug information; multiple -v options
                        increase the verbosity. (default: None)
  -l LABEL, --label LABEL
                        Label to use for all works. (default: )

This command is just a convenience for generating a base catalogue file to
then be customised manually.
