   description:arguments: <nick> <txt> - add a remind for a user, as soon as he/she gets online or says something the txt will be send. permissions:OPER .. USER .. GUEST code:remind command. examples:

   <user> ;remind dunker check the bot !
   <output> can't find userhost for dunker
