Chatbot is a chatbot making toolkit for Wikia wikis. Easy to use, it allows functions to be preformed on events. Use of the code is meant for:

• Beginner users - To create the simplist of chatbots, with little to no knowledge of python
• Intermediate users - To create intresting chatbots, for both pleasure and usefulness
• Advanced users - With not limit on what can be done, a practical and functional chatbot can be created

There is little to no limit on what can be done, making the code fun to use.
