shabti_existxml – using an XML native database (NYI)

The eXist XMLRPC controller is quite adequate for the task of communicating with eXist and REST over pyCurl offers a fast alternative. XPath and XQuery examples needed to illustrate the actual handling of data. The key fact is that eXist can store XQuery queries and, on subsequent HTTP GET access, execute the XQuery and return the result.
