Package json file upgrade from version 1 to json version 2

Purpose
=======
This document describes the step to follow for upgrading the plugin json file from version 1 to 2.
With json version 2 the url2xpl and the stats xml files are deprecated, the contens of these files are moved to the plugin json file.
This document only describes how to upgrade, to get a description of all the areas in the plugin json file , read the :doc:`plugin json file <json_file>` doc.
