events are handled in 11 queues with different priorities: queue0 is tried first queue10 last.

dispatch(todo)

dispatch functions from provided queue.

handle_one()
handleloop()

thread that polls the queues for items to dispatch.

put(speed, func, *args, **kwargs)

put item on the queue.

runforever()

thread that polls the queues for items to dispatch.

start()

start the eventhandler thread.

stop()

stop the eventhandler thread.
