    INSE communes code
        A 5 digit unique identifier for each city in France

        A 5 digit code which correspond to a city or région in France

    postal routing
        Postal routing defines the right part of a french adresse. It is frequently a commune name::

            75014 Paris

        Here, the postal routing is "Paris".
